A general outline to the whole procedure is as follows:-

1. We will initially sheet up/cover any areas that require protection from the detritus that will be removed from your roof.
2. Down pipes from the main guttering will be plugged or removed from the main guttering to ensure they are not blocked .
3. Carry out a full pressure wash of the whole roof structure removing all dirt, moss, algae and lichen.
4. Carry out any repairs
5. Application of a fungicide to inhibit and kill off any remaining natural growth spores.
6. The application of Smartseal's top quality coloured roof coating or clear sealant.
7. Ensure premises is left clean.
